Services

TotalGuard Yard Care provides lawn care, yard maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and related outdoor services in the Madison, Wisconsin area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and scheduling.

• Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing may vary based on property conditions at the time of service.
• We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time. Actual pricing may differ if property conditions differ from what was described or observed during the initial assessment.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to maintain consistent scheduling for all recurring services. However, service dates may be adjusted due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
• Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Property Access and Safety

By scheduling services, you grant TotalGuard Yard Care permission to access your property for the purpose of performing the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring clear access to the service areas
• Removing or securing personal belongings from the work area
• Informing us of any hazards, underground utilities, or special conditions
• Securing pets during service visits

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of the work performed and does not cover results affected by weather, pre-existing conditions, or factors outside our control.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Name: TotalGuard Yard Care SMS Notifications

Program Description: By providing your phone number through our website contact form at tgyardcare.com/contact, by phone when booking a service, or through any other communication channel, you consent to receive text messages from TotalGuard Yard Care. These messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Service updates and scheduling changes
• Quote follow-ups and responses to your inquiries
• Review requests after completed services
• Seasonal service promotions and availability updates
• Weather-related service notifications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on your service activity, seasonal promotions, and scheduling updates.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
