No. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. Equipment, labor, materials (fertilizer, seed, mulch in the Complete plan), and disposal are all included. The only additional cost is if you request a service not in your plan -- and we'll quote that separately upfront before doing any work.
Yes. Refer a neighbor and both of you get $25 off your next service. If we serve 3+ homes on the same street, everyone gets a neighborhood rate (typically 5-10% off). Seniors (65+) and military get 10% off all services. Discounts can be combined up to 15% max.
Step 1 (April): Pre-emergent crabgrass control + early spring fertilizer. Step 2 (May): Growth-boosting nitrogen + broadleaf weed treatment. Step 3 (June-July): Slow-release summer stress formula. Step 4 (September): Fall recovery fertilizer + weed treatment. Step 5 (November): Winterizer for root strength and early spring green-up. All products are phosphorus-free and Lake Mendota-compliant.
Route efficiency. When we're already at your property every week for mowing, adding fertilization, cleanups, and weed treatment costs us less per visit than scheduling separate trips.
